WHY YOU CAN’T AFFORD TO MISS IT…

You will have the opportunity to meet with industry professionals attending the conference during the Opening Reception (Sunday evening), breaks and the popular “Lunch with Exhibitors” (Monday). They’re the individuals who can use and recommend your products and services!
Each exhibitor receives two complimentary exhibitor badges which allow for full participation in the educational sessions and tickets for all meal functions.
You’ll receive a list or electronic file of conference attendees with names, addresses and phone numbers.
Your firm’s name will be included on printed materials distributed at the conference.
Exhibitors who pay for their space by February 23rd will be recognized in the registration brochures sent to more than 12,000 prospective attendees.
Indoor or outdoor exhibit spaces are available at the cost of $750.00 per space. Indoor exhibit spaces include a 6’ table. For vendors desiring both an indoor and outdoor exhibit space, the cost will be $1,000.00. Indoor exhibit set-up will be Sunday, June 8th between 8:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. to reach attendees participating in the Tree Academy (new education schedule format for 2008). Outdoor exhibitors will have the opportunity to demonstrate equipment at the ISA Tree Climbing Championship on Saturday and Sunday being held at Topeekeegee Yugnee (T.Y.) Park located in Hollywood in addition to receiving a space at the hotel on Monday and Tuesday.
